Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business day , Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Delivery Attempts

Defective/ Damaged Items Return
1. To request a return, please email us at support@lunegift.com

2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with a detailed description.

3. We will process your refund or a replacement within 48 hours.

4. For defective or damaged items, you do not need to return the items; just provide us with the required evidence.

Return Service Procedure for Non-Quality Returns
If you need to return a product for a non-quality reason, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.

2. Pay for the return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.

3. After receiving your shipping label, our customer service will process your refund.

Return Shipping Cost
If the product has quality problems, customers does not need to return the product, we are responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.

Once your item is received and scanned into our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your specified account.

No Refund and Replacement

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 Days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues:

1.Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.

2.Incorrect size, product, address, or custom information provided by the customer.

3.Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

4.Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.

5.Personal reasons such as personal taste or change of mind.

6.Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

7.Due to the nature of our custom-printed products, returns and exchanges are not accepted

Processing Fee for Customer-Related Cancellations

For unshipped orders canceled or refunded for customer-related reasons (such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or no longer wanting the item), a payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

• Orders under $50: $1 processing fee
• Orders of $50 or more: $3 processing fee

This fee is charged by the payment processor or bank and is not retained by LuneGift LuneGift does not charge any additional restocking fees.

Notes on Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns.
4. For unshipped orders canceled for customer-related reasons, the applicable payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
